So what parameters are required for on‑site coupling replacement?

1. When the Original Manufacturer Is Available

For direct replacement with the same original brand coupling, please provide:

· Photo of the coupling nameplate

· Product model / serial number

The manufacturer can then quickly match the original parameters.

2. When the Original Manufacturer Is Unavailable / Brand Replacement Is Needed

If the manufacturer cannot be contacted, has long lead times, or the original product performs poorly, and you need to replace it with a different brand, please provide the following key information:

A. Confirm the Coupling Type

Specify the structure type required, such as:gear coupling, diaphragm coupling, high-elastic coupling, composite material coupling, permanent magnet coupling, etc.

B. Installation Dimensions (Most Critical)

· Total length of the coupling

· Drive end: shaft diameter, shaft length, keyway dimensions

· Driven end: shaft diameter, shaft length, keyway dimensions

· If equipped with a brake drum / brake disc, provide its outer diameter, width, etc.

· Original drawings (if available)

C. Operating Conditions

· Equipment speed

· Rated torque or motor / engine power

· Operating temperature, environmental media (oil, dust, moisture, etc.)

D. Load & Impact Level

· Steady load

· Medium shock load

· Heavy shock load

· Extra-heavy shock load

E. Application Equipment & Service Factor

· Applied equipment: crusher, belt conveyor, pump, fan, cooling tower, compressor, reducer, rolling mill, ball milletc.

· Service factor: generally 1.5 – 3.0 (determined by working conditions and equipment importance)
