We recently completed a project replacing a critical drive component for a large chemical enterprise in Belarus. The company’s core equipment—a heavy-duty agitator—originally utilized a traditional gear coupling equipped with a shift fork mechanism. Due to the agitator's complex operating conditions and continuous high-load operation, the original equipment incurred high lubrication and maintenance costs and frequently suffered from gear tooth wear caused by installation misalignment. To ensure safe delivery, we utilized custom shock-proof wooden crates and rust-proof sealed packaging to ship the coupling to Belarus.
