Confirm the appropriate fixation method and choose according to different needs. A reasonable fixation method is the guarantee of equipment stability.

1.Positioning screw fixation: The gap between the two positioning screws is 90º to lock the fixed shaft. Traditional fixation methods may cause damage to the shaft center or difficulty in disassembly due to the contact between the front end of the screw and the shaft center.

2. Clamping screw fixation: Use the force of tightening the hexagonal socket bolt to shrink the slit and tightly clamp the shaft center. This method is easy to fix and disassemble, and will not cause damage to the shaft center, making it a very common fixing method.

3. Keyway type fixation: Suitable for high torque transmission. To prevent axial sliding, it is usually used in combination with positioning screws and clamping screws for fixation. This is the most commonly used fixed type.

4. D-shaped bore fixation: Usually, if the motor shaft is D-shaped and the positioning screw cannot be fixed, the coupling bore can be processed into a D-shaped bore corresponding to the motor shaft size, and fixed with the positioning screw, so there is no need to worry about slipping.

5. Expansion sleeve fixation: By tightening the four positioning screws on the end face of the coupling to compress the sleeve, it is suitable for connecting and fixing some stepper motors and servo motors with high torque.
