Working Principle of the Hydraulic Safety Coupling:
High-pressure oil is injected into the oil chamber between the double-layer sleeves. The outer sleeve expands outward and tightly presses against the hub, while the inner sleeve clamps the transmission shaft synchronously to achieve torque transmission. When the load torque exceeds the original set value of the SafeSet Couplings, the SafeSet Couplings will slip on the transmission shaft, the shear tube will be cut off by the shear ring, the high-pressure oil in the oil chamber will be released, and the hydraulic safety coupling will slide relative to the transmission shaft, thereby protecting the load equipment.
